3rd Party Specialist - Saudi Nationals



Job Description



Serve as the primary point of contact for employees hired on 3rd parties, regarding workplace issues, grievances, and disputes. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment. Ensure consistent application and interpretation of company policies, procedures, and standards. Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, harassment allegations, and policy violations. Provide recommendations for resolution and ensure follow-up. Stay updated on local employment laws and ensure the company’s policies and actions comply with relevant regulations. Review and validate the 3rd parties invoices and prepare them for payments.

Technical Skills



Strong command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential for creating documents, analyze data, preparing presentations, and managing communication
3 Years of experience in 3rd party specialist, HR management, or a related field.

Education



Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
