As well as benefiting from our formal development programme, you will be involved from day one in major delivery projects as an important team member.


What you’ll do:


You will play a key role in supporting your allocated project through a rotation of disciplines from contract signature and award to completion of projects. You will rotate through each of the disciplines within your assigned project providing you with a broad understanding of the business. This will be underpinned with structured technical, professional and leadership training and an opportunity to start gaining a professional qualification.


You’ll need to have:


  • A bachelor’s degree (preferably in digital, commercial, quantity surveying, project management, communications, sustainability, engineering or architecture).


  • You will need to have no more than one year’s work experience.


  • GPA Score - 3.3 or above


  • Mastery with respect to the English language (verbal and written).


  • Strong data and interpretation skills.


  • A Saudi national.


  • Behavioural facets (curiosity, growth mindset and confidence, resilience and commitment, reliability and drive.)


  • We are also particularly hear from individuals who have a digital and sustainability background.


Given the nature of our work, flexibility is key. Our projects and clients are based in various locations, so you should be prepared to travel frequently to different project sites or Mace offices. A positive and adaptable approach to travel is therefore essential, as it may be a regular part of your role. To support this, Mace offers travel expense reimbursements for business travel, including mileage, public transport fares, and, where necessary, accommodation. Due to this project’s remote location, having a driving licence and your own vehicle would be beneficial for this role.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, receive ongoing support from skilled mentors and rotating across disciplines to gain a broad understanding of the consult business. The programme is designed to develop your skills and knowledge, providing you with the resources, guidance, and opportunities needed to grow and excel in your role. The programme rotation will be underpinned with structured technical, professional and leadership training and an opportunity to start gaining a professional qualification.   • Contract administration and commercial awareness


  • Construction phase and contract administration


  • Contract dispute resolution


  • Project administration


  • Risk, quality, health and safety and the environment


  • Information and data management


  • Business advisory


  • Project controls, governance and reporting


  • Construction technology
