Job Description

  • المتابعة مع العملاء في حالة وجود مشكلات لم يتم حلها.
  • المتابعة المستمرة مع العملاء إذا لم يتم حل أية مشكلات.
  • استكمال الملخصات اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية اللازمة.
  • الإجابة على أسئلة الزبائن سواء عن طريق الهاتف أو الواتساب أو مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

Skills

  • قادر على استخدام نظم المعلومات الآلية لتحليل وضع العملاء.
  • القدرة على التواصل بفعالية وحل المشاكل بطريقة مناسبة.
  • امتلاك مهارات التفاوض والتواصل وحل المشاكل.
  • القدرة على بناء علاقات قوية وطويلة المدى مع العملاء لتحقيق النجاح المشترك.
