ملم وعلى دراية بالسوق السعودي

قادر على تحليل الأسعار لجميع البنود مع استخدام ملفات تحليل الاسعار

قادر على اعداد التقارير

على معرفة تامة بجميه البرامج ذات الصلة

ملم بأعمال المكتب الفني ودراسة المخططات وعمل حصر الكميات

بريما فيرا وريفيت ميزة إضافية

قادر على اعداد العروض المالية والفنية للعطاءات

Pricing and Cost estimator engineer with min. experience in the same field 7 years with contracting companies not consultant office

Has a good known about the Saudi market

Has the ability to make a break down to all related activities

Has the ability to make reports and dashboards

Professional in all the related program

Has a good known about technical office works , study drawings and quantity surveying  

Primavera and Revit is a plus

Has the ability to prepare technical and financial proposal for tendering  

Very Good in English
