Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in operation and maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing and maintaining electrical systems, ensuring their efficient and safe operation. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, optimizing system performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation and Maintenance:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Respond to and resolve electrical system failures, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing technical support to maintenance teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and repair services as needed.
• System Optimization:
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of electrical systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement energy-efficient solutions and optimize system operations to reduce costs.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of electrical systems and equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel on safety protocols and best practices.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for management review.
• Update operation and maintenance manuals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on operation and maintenance.
• Proven experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems in industrial or commercial settings.
