Job Description

  • تنسيق الأنشطة اليومية لفريق التمريض وضمان توزيع المهام بشكل فعال.
  • تنظيم وتخطيط جداول العمل للتمريض وضمان تغطية جميع فترات العمل.
  • متابعة تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالتمريض وضمان الالتزام بها.
  • تقديم الدعم والمشورة للممرضات حول الحالات المرضية والتقنيات العلاجية.
  • متابعة وتقييم أداء فريق التمريض وتقديم الملاحظات والتوجيهات اللازمة.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق الطبية الأخرى لضمان تقديم الرعاية الشاملة والمتكاملة للمرضى.
  • التعامل مع القضايا والشكاوى المتعلقة بالتمريض وحل المشكلات بفعالية.
  • المشاركة في تدريب وتطوير الكوادر التمريضية الجدد وتوفير الإرشادات اللازمة


  • Coordinate daily activities for the nursing team and ensure effective task distribution.
  • Organize and plan work schedules for nursing staff and ensure coverage for all shifts.
  • Monitor the implementation of nursing policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Provide support and advice to nurses regarding medical conditions and treatment techniques.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the nursing team, providing feedback and necessary guidance.
  • Coordinate with other medical teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
  • Address and resolve issues and complaints related to nursing effectively.
  • Participate in the training and development of new nursing staff and provide necessary guidance.
