Job Description

  • عرض وتقديم المنتجات: شرح مميزات وخصائص المنتجات أو الخدمات للعملاء بطريقة واضحة وبسيطة.
  • بناء العلاقات مع العملاء: إنشاء وتطوير علاقات قوية وطويلة الأمد مع العملاء، من خلال الاستماع إلى احتياجاتهم وتقديم حلول مخصصة.
  • تقديم الدعم للعملاء: الإجابة على استفسارات العملاء، وحل المشكلات التي قد يواجهونها، وتقديم خدمة ما بعد البيع.
  • جمع المعلومات عن السوق والمنافسين: مراقبة السوق وتحليل أداء المنافسين، وتقديم تقارير دورية عن التطورات الحاصلة.
  • المشاركة في الحملات التسويقية: المشاركة في تنفيذ الحملات التسويقية المختلفة، مثل المعارض والمؤتمرات، وتوزيع المواد الترويجية.

  • مهارات التواصل: القدرة على التحدث والإقناع والتفاعل بفعالية مع مختلف أنواع العملاء.
  • الشغف بالبيع: الرغبة في تحقيق النجاح وتحقيق الأهداف المبيعات.
