Job Description

المهام الرئيسية:

  1. إدارة المشروع:
  • التخطيط الاستراتيجي والتشغيلي لتحقيق أهداف المشروع.
  • إدارة المراحل التطويرية وتوسيع نطاق أنشطة المشروع.
إدارة المستفيدين:
  • اختيار المستفيدين وفق معايير واضحة وتدريبهم على الاستفادة المثلى من المشروع.
  • قياس الأثر التنموي للمشروع بشكل دوري.
إدارة الشراكات:
  • بناء وتطوير شراكات مع الجهات الداعمة لتحقيق الاستدامة التنموية.
  • التعاقد مع مزودي الخدمات لضمان جودة التنفيذ.
إدارة الشؤون المالية:
  • إعداد ميزانيات تفصيلية وخطط مالية لدعم الأهداف التنموية.
  • الإشراف على العمليات المالية وضمان الكفاءة والاستدامة.
إدارة الموارد:
  • استقطاب وتطوير الكفاءات اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع.
  • وضع أدلة وإجراءات لتوثيق وإدارة المعرفة.
إدارة الإعلام والتوعية:
  • نشر رؤية المشروع التنموية من خلال حملات إعلامية فعالة.
  • تمثيل المشروع في المحافل المختلفة والترويج لفكرته.
