Skills

  • فحص المرافق بشكل دوري لتحديد المشاكل والصيانة اللازمة.
  • إعداد جداول الصيانة الأسبوعية وتحديد المهام اللازمة.
  • متابعة إجراءات توظيف فنيين الصيانة والإشراف على عمليات التدريب.
  • فحص وصيانة أنظمة المباني المختلفة مثل التدفئة والتهوية وغيرها.
  • المساهمة في تطوير ميزانية الصيانة وتقليل النفقات.
