Job Description

المسمى الوظيفي:مسّاح (Surveyor)

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أعمال المساحة بمشاريع الإنشاءات.
  • إجادة استخدام أجهزة المساحة الحديثة (Total Station, GPS, Level, وغيرها).
  • توفر معدات المساحة الخاصة (شرط أساسي).
  • القدرة على زيارة المواقع (Part Site Visits) حسب متطلبات العمل.
  • القدرة على إعداد ورفع التقارير المساحية الهندسية.
  • مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع فرق العمل في المواقع.
  • الالتزام بالدقة والجدية في العمل.


Skills

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • تنفيذ أعمال الرفع المساحي والتوقيع الهندسي في المواقع.
  • التنسيق مع مهندسي المشروع لضمان دقة الأعمال المساحية.
  • إعداد تقارير المسح ورفعها للإدارة.
  • التأكد من دقة القياسات والالتزام بالتصاميم الهندسية.

مكان العمل:الرياض

ملاحظة:

  • يشترط توفر معدات المساحة الخاصة.
  • زيارات ميدانية جزئية (حسب الحاجة).
