  • متابعة اتخاذ الجزاءات والإجراءات التأديبية بحق الموظفين المخالفين للأنظمة والتعليمات.
  • متابعة أداء الموظفين وتعزيز كفاءتهم ومراقبة تطبيق السياسات والإجراءات المعمول بها.
  • متابعة ساعات الدوام والعطل والأعياد الرسمية للعاملين.
  • المشاركة في تنظيم وتخطيط احتياجات المجموعة من الموارد البشرية وتأمينها.
