مدير مشاريع حفر

We're looking for a professional to oversee all earthworks operations for our projects. You'll need at least 7 years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of excavation, grading, and site preparation. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Plan, execute, and coordinate all earthworks activities.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with regulations.

Resource Management: Manage equipment, materials, and resources efficiently.

Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.

Communication: Act as the main point of contact for earthworks-related matters.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in earthworks, managing large-scale projects.

Technical knowledge of earthworks software and equipment.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

مدير أعمال الحفر

نحن نبحث عن محترف للإشراف على جميع عمليات أعمال الحفر لمشاريعنا. ستحتاج إلى ما لا يقل عن 7 سنوات من الخبرة العملية وفهم عميق للحفر والتسوية وإعداد الموقع. يتطلب هذا الدور قيادة قوية وخبرة فنية والتزامًا بالسلامة والجودة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إدارة المشروع: التخطيط وتنفيذ وتنسيق جميع أنشطة أعمال الحفر.

الخبرة الفنية: تقديم التوجيه الفني وضمان الامتثال للوائح.

إدارة الموارد: إدارة المعدات والمواد والموارد بكفاءة.

السلامة: تنفيذ وإنفاذ بروتوكولات السلامة لمنع الحوادث.

التواصل: العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للمسائل المتعلقة بأعمال الحفر.

التقارير: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة وإعداد تقارير منتظمة.

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة البناء أو مجال ذي صلة.

أكثر من 7 سنوات من الخبرة في أعمال الحفر وإدارة المشاريع واسعة النطاق.

 المعرفة الفنية ببرامج ومعدات الحفر.

مهارات قوية في القيادة وحل المشكلات والتواصل.
