Job Description
ضمان سير العمل اليومي في المكتب بسلاسة وفعالية، وتوفير بيئة عمل مريحة ومنظمة.
Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office, providing a comfortable and organized work environment.
إدارة وتنظيم منطقة الاستقبال، والمرافق المكتبية، والمخزون، والتأكد من توفر جميع اللوازم الضرورية.
Manage and organize the reception area, office facilities, and inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
الإشراف على صيانة المكتب والتأكد من نظافته وترتيبه، والتنسيق مع شركات الصيانة عند الحاجة.
Oversee office maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and order, and coordinate with maintenance companies when necessary.
إدارة حجوزات غرف الاجتماعات والمواعيد، وتنظيم الفعاليات والاجتماعات الداخلية.
Manage meeting room reservations and appointments, and organize internal events and meetings.
التعامل مع الموردين والمقاولين، والتفاوض على العقود، وإدارة الميزانية المكتبية.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors, negotiate contracts, and manage the office budget.
تقديم الدعم الإداري للموظفين، مثل طباعة المستندات وتصويرها، وإدارة البريد والطرود.
Provide administrative support to employees, such as printing and photocopying documents, and managing mail and packages.
تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات المكتب، والتأكد من الالتزام بها.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
العمل على تحسين بيئة العمل وتعزيز روح الفريق، وتنظيم الأنشطة الاجتماعية.
Work to improve the work environment and promote team spirit, organizing social activities.
التعامل مع الأنظمة الالكترونية المستخدمة في ادارة المكتب.
Operate electronic systems used in office management.
ضمان الامتثال لقوانين السلامة والصحة المهنية.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws.

مهارات الاتصال | Communication Skills:
إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابةً).
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
