Tasks and responsibilities


  • Developing daily, weekly and monthly operational plans
  • Defining objectives and key performance indicators (KPIS) for all operations 
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Managing staff schedules and distributing tasks
  • Ensuring the quality of products and services provided
  • Control inventory and meet raw material requirements
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Dealing with complaints and suggestions submitted by customers
  • Providing support to employees
  • Collect and analyze data related to financial and operational performance
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses and provide recommendations to improve performance
  • Look for opportunities to improve operations and increase efficiency
  • Follow up on developments in the café industry and their application
  • Participate in developing new products and services
  • Working to raise and improve performance efficiency by adopting systems and keeping up with developments
