Job Description

  • تحصيل المستحقات المالية من العملاء (مستشفيات، صيدليات، شركات أخرى).
  • متابعة الحسابات المتأخرة والتواصل مع العملاء لضمان تحصيل المبالغ المستحقة.
  • تقديم تقارير أسبوعية وشهرية عن حالة التحصيل.
  • التعامل مع الفواتير والمستندات ذات الصلة والتحقق من دقتها.
  • بناء علاقات جيدة مع العملاء لضمان استمرار التعاون وسهولة التحصيل.
  • حل أي مشاكل تتعلق بالمدفوعات أو الفواتير مع العملاء.


Skills

1- ان يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.

2- خبرة سابقة في تحصيل الأموال من العملاء في القطاع الصحي أو التجاري

3- مهارات تواصل قوية مع العملاء والقدرة على التعامل مع المواقف الصعبة.
