Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

• To locate customers to collect installments or overdue accounts or invoices.

• To visit or phone customers and attempt to persuade them to pay amount due or arranges for payment at a later date and follow up on those dates.

• To keep records of collection and status of accounts.

• May deliver bills to customers and other documents required.

• To deposit all checks/cash collected to company bank account.

• To submit documents to company banks as may be required.

• To report to proper department within company any customer account discrepancies, problems, withholding payments from clients to the company, general complaints he may know.

• To socialize with proper government officers that service company interest.

• To manage and follow up Ministry of Commerce and Investment (MOCI) related issue.

• To manage and follow up company’s documents translation, and legalization from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Chamber of Commerce.

• To manage governmental platforms such as (Muqeem, MOL, MOI, etc.....) and solve technical, and any other problems might arise in these platforms to ensure smooth work processing.

• To manage, issue, and renew employees’ residency permits, work permits, occupational permits and job change, etc.....

• To issue and renew company’s cars licenses.

• To issue and renew company’s licenses such as (Commercial Registration, Civil Defense, etc....).

• To ensure compliance with SHS internal policies and compliance with local regulations, laws, and standards.
