نبحث عن فني ميكانيكا سيارات متميز بمهارة A للانضمام إلى فريقنا المحترف. يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة واسعة وقدرة عالية على التعامل مع جميع أنواع السيارات (الديزل، البنزين، والهجينة) من خلال المهام التالية:
- تشخيص الأعطال المعقدة:
- استخدام أحدث أجهزة التشخيص الإلكترونية لتحديد أعطال المحركات، أنظمة الوقود، والدوائر الكهربائية بدقة.
- تحليل الأعراض الميكانيكية والإلكترونية للوصول إلى السبب الجذري للمشكلة بسرعة وكفاءة.
- إصلاح المحركات:
- تفكيك المحركات وإعادة تجميعها لإصلاح الأجزاء الداخلية مثل البساتم، الصمامات، وأحزمة التوقيت.
- ضبط أداء المحرك لتحقيق أعلى كفاءة، مع القدرة على التعامل مع محركات السيارات الهجينة ذات التقنيات المزدوجة.
- الأنظمة الكهربائية والإلكترونية:
- إصلاح وصيانة أنظمة الإشعال، البطاريات، الدينمو، والسلف (الستارتر).
- التعامل مع وحدات التحكم الإلكترونية (ECU) وإعادة برمجتها إذا لزم الأمر لضمان الأداء الأمثل.
1. إصلاح أنظمة النقل:
o صيانة وإصلاح ناقل الحركة اليدوي والأوتوماتيكي، بما في ذلك استبدال الأجزاء التالفة مثل القابض أو الحلقات.
o ضبط النظام لضمان انتقال سلس للقوة وتحسين تجربة القيادة.
2. نظام التعليق والتوجيه:
o فحص وإصلاح مكونات التعليق مثل النوابض، الماصات، والمفاصل الكروية لضمان راحة الركاب.
o ضبط زوايا العجلات بدقة باستخدام تقنيات المحاذاة للحفاظ على الثبات وتقليل تآكل الإطارات.
3. نظام الفرامل:
o فحص واستبدال أقراص الفرامل، الوسادات، والأنظمة الهيدروليكية لضمان أداء آمن.
o صيانة أنظمة الفرامل المتقدمة مثل ABS وتوزيع قوة الفرملة الإلكترونية (EBD).
4. نظام التكييف والتبريد:
o إصلاح أعطال مكيفات الهواء، إعادة تعبئة غاز التبريد، وتنظيف المكونات مثل المكثف والمبخر.
o صيانة نظام تبريد المحرك بما في ذلك الراديتر ومضخة الماء لمنع ارتفاع الحرارة.
5. الصيانة الدورية:
o إجراء فحوصات شاملة للسيارة تشمل الإطارات، البطارية، الأحزمة، والخراطيم.
o تغيير الزيوت، الفلاتر، والسوائل الأخرى للحفاظ على أداء السيارة وسلامتها على المدى الطويل.
We are looking for an exceptional Level A Automotive Technician to join our professional team. The candidate must have extensive experience and the ability to handle all types of vehicles (diesel, gasoline, and hybrid) through the following tasks:
- Diagnosing Complex Issues:
- Utilizing cutting-edge electronic diagnostic tools to pinpoint engine, fuel system, and electrical circuit issues with precision.
- Analyzing mechanical and electronic symptoms to quickly and efficiently identify the root cause of problems.
- Engine Repairs:
- Disassembling and reassembling engines to repair internal components such as pistons, valves, and timing belts.
- Tuning engine performance for maximum efficiency, with expertise in managing hybrid vehicle engines with dual technologies.
- Electrical and Electronic Systems:
- Repairing and maintaining ignition systems, batteries, alternators, and starters.
- Handling electronic control units (ECU) and reprogramming them when necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Transmission Repairs:
- Maintaining and repairing manual and automatic transmissions, including replacing damaged parts like clutches or seals.
- Adjusting the system to ensure smooth power transfer and enhance the driving experience.
- Suspension and Steering Systems:
- Inspecting and repairing suspension components such as springs, shocks, and ball joints to ensure passenger comfort.
- Precisely aligning wheel angles using advanced alignment techniques to maintain stability and reduce tire wear.
- Brake Systems:
- Inspecting and replacing brake discs, pads, and hydraulic components to guarantee safe performance.
- Maintaining advanced brake systems like ABS and electronic brake force distribution (EBD).
- Air Conditioning and Cooling Systems:
- Fixing air conditioning malfunctions, refilling refrigerant gas, and cleaning components like condensers and evaporators.
- Maintaining engine cooling systems, including radiators and water pumps, to prevent overheating.
- Routine Maintenance:
- Conducting thorough vehicle inspections, including tires, batteries, belts, and hoses.
- Changing oils, filters, and other fluids to sustain vehicle performance and safety over the long term.
Skills
