Gas Technician is a specialist in the installation and maintenance of gas systems in various environments, including homes, commercial and industrial facilities. This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of gas systems, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Gas Technician must have the ability to diagnose problems and make necessary repairs to ensure the safety and efficiency of gas systems.
Responsibilities:
Installing new gas systems and ensuring their compliance with local and international standards.
Conducting periodic inspections of gas systems to detect any leaks or malfunctions.
Providing technical support to customers on the safe and efficient use of gas systems.
Updating technical records and reports related to maintenance and installation work.
Cooperating with other work teams to ensure projects are implemented on time.
Advising customers on options to improve gas consumption efficiency.
Adhering to occupational health and safety standards while working.
Training new technicians on work procedures and safe practices.
Developing his skills by attending training courses and workshops.
