Supervise the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring optimal workflow, productivity, and adherence to production schedules.
Ensure that all workshop activities comply with safety standards and regulations, performing regular safety checks and risk assessments.
Utilize your mechanical engineering expertise to provide technical support, solve complex problems, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
Maintain and oversee the upkeep of workshop equipment, machinery, and tools, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
Enforce quality control procedures and ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards.
Lead and manage a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Take charge of a skilled team of technicians, offering training and support to improve overall team performance.
Provide leadership to a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring their skills are continually developed to enhance productivity.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Locally available in Qatar.
Minimum of 7 years of experience.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in mechanical systems, machinery and workshop processes.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward meeting goals.
In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a commitment to enforcing best practices in the workplace.
Workshop Supervisors must excel in communication, ensuring seamless interaction with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
A Workshop Supervisor should possess a track record of successful leadership, illustrating their talent in directing and energizing a workforce.
