Manage the assigned tasks according to the company quality standard.
Ensure premium service consulting tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
Boost sales through selling products and services.
Win customer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction at any time.
Responsible for the workshop operations.
Responsible for the technical supervision of the workshop staff.
Job duties require analyzing and adjusting work schedules, solving production problems, handling quality issues, and managing customer interactions.
Work with the Manager to investigate customer complaints and concerns arising from products and services and suggest appropriate solutions. Discuss with the team to identify an appropriate course of action.
Provide feedback to staff who are not performing to the expected level and ensure human resources are informed of trends in performance.
Interpret and ensure self and subordinate employees follow company and department policies, and strictly comply with the law and regulations of the traffic department of the state of Qatar.
Manage your assigned department; make decisions; solve problems; develop unit procedures; develop records/files; conduct meetings.
Ensure effective employee/labor relations; create an ethical, non-discriminatory, and safe work environment; establish effective communication lines/methods; identify and solve employee problems; manage conflict, respond to grievances.
Prepare leaves and overtime, and complete and sign time sheets.
Ensure that the job Quality and procedure are followed per the company procedure.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to the management accounting and record keeping.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
Receive and check customer car, organize and ensure that the work is done on time.
Ability to assist in training, supervising, scheduling, motivating, positively disciplining, and planning the activities of the department.
Ability to assist in employee performance reviews and processes.
Ability to assist in planning and implementing procedures, systems, and controls to ensure an efficient, timely, and proactive department.
Ability to directly supervise technicians in carrying out work schedules as well as spot-checking to verify quality and employee performance.
Manage logs on the movement of stock items and tools.
