Job Summary:
As a Wellness Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support in a wellness center or spa setting.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome clients with a professional and positive attitude
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing information about services and scheduling appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process client payments and handle billing inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the wellness center
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with spa or wellness center operations is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
