Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor, Retail


Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for receiving, issuing, training, equipment & facility, cleaning, inventory, ordering through Purchase Department, documentation, storage management and QA follow up.
Key responsibilities & Accountability:
Checking of documents, material offloading, material weight / count verification, material allocation, arranging the material to QC for sampling (Applied for RM, PM & Consumables).
Checking of weight and quantities, physical status, batch no., assay calculation, picking the material, delivering & receiving back the material to and from other departments.
Perform regular on the job training as well as SOP for all warehouse & 3PL staff.
Check all warehouse scale on a daily basis.
Create & follow up the required Maintenance notification.
Daily cleaning activity is required as per GMP.
Perpetual stock taking as well as annual inventory taking to confirm stock value.
Create the Purchase Requisition for consumable materials and try packaging material as per end user requirements:
SOPs are revised on a monthly basis to confirm that all Internal/External audit points are addressed in our daily work activities. The updating process needs a dedicated staff to communicate with other related department and follow up with the QA Department.
Filling the request data for each GMP process.
Receive, collect, archive and review all updated Material Safety Data sheet.
Material internal transfer between different stores as well as different areas in the warehouse are on a daily basis.
Checking the daily temperature and relative humidity trend, follow up excursions, initiate the deviation report as well as maintenance notification and following up rectifying process with the engineering department.
Deviation investigations and finding the root cause of the deviation as well as implementing the CAPA require a dedicated staff to communicate with other related department and follow up with QA department.
Initiating the change control to change current procedure, facility, etc. require a dedicated person to communicate with other related department and follow up with the QA department to prepare all required documents such as URS, CAPEX,... etc.
Qualifications:


Education
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
Pharmacist is preferable.



Experience:
At least 1 year experience.



Key Competencies
English language is a must.



Technical Competencies

Computer skills is a must.
Warehouse management is an advance.
