Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers in a professional manner.
Job Responsibility:
1. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items.
3. Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
4. Serve food and beverages to customers according to company standards.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them periodically and addressing any issues or requests.
6. Process customer payments and maintain a clean and organized work area.
1. Proven work experience as a Waitress or similar role.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Basic math skills for handling payments.
6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
