4. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
6. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy service periods.
7. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
9. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience.
