Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

1. Greeting and seating guests.
2. Taking food and drink orders.
3. Serving food and beverages.
4. Providing excellent customer service.
5. Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
6. Cleaning and setting up tables.
7. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
8. Upselling menu items and specials.
