Take the brief to understand specifications and work closely with our art team to develop the conceptCapture and process images until you achieve desired resultsUse and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specificationsDirect participantsMaintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and proceduresEdits videos to targeted length and specificationsHandles and organizes raw and edited video filesExports videos and facilitates mobile and web distributionShoots video and produces content as necessaryExplores different versions and directionsEnsures compliance with highest journalist standardsAdjusts formats and file sizes as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree or Equivalent in Film, Photography, or a related field.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and photography equipment.Strong portfolio demonstrating video and photo editing skills.Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
