Job Description
- Lead and manage video projects from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless workflow through brainstorming, story lining, filming, and editing phases.
- Execute, edits, and arranges video shots to create a cohesive outcome.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, objectives, and feedback, ensuring alignment with overall brand and marketing strategies.
- Partner with the content team to brainstorm and storyboard compelling video concepts that resonate with our audience.
- Assist in the conceptualization of video content ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Set up and operate video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
- Direct on-set activities to capture the required shots, including coaching talent when necessary.
- Innovate and experiment with creative approaches, incorporating trendy music, effects, and editing techniques to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
- Create social videos, including reels and TikToks, that captivate and engage our online community.
- Stay abreast of social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to inform content strategy and maintain relevance.
- Implement and adapt content based on evolving social media features and guidelines.
- Ensure all video content is on-brand, consistent in style and quality, and optimized for sharing both online and offline.
- Uphold and reinforce brand guidelines throughout the video creation process.
- Attend social media coverages and events to capture compelling footage adhering to social media guidelines, including stories, reels, and TikTok content.
- Collaborate with the social media team to curate content that amplifies event experiences and engages our audience.
- Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Promote and maintain commitment to intouch’s culture and spirit.
- Nurture a healthy creative innovative work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Computer Graphics and Multimedia, Audio Visual or any relevant field
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience (Videography, animator, video editor, multimedia artist)
- Portfolio in a creative agency, company’s marketing department or freelancer
