V.I.E (Ras Laffan) - Reporting Coordinator H/F

About The Role :

As a reminder, the VIE program is strictly reserved for applicants aged between 18 and 28 who are French or European nationals, in accordance with current regulations.

Data Collection and Reporting - PBi:

• Gather construction progress data from field supervisors, subcontractors, and project management systems.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data inputs related to progress, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Data Analysis:

• Analyze construction performance data to identify trends, deviations, and bottlenecks.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor project progress and provide insights to the management team.
• Collaborate with planners and schedulers to track performance against planned milestones

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with construction managers, superintendents, supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to understand field challenges and reporting needs.
• Present analysis and reports to construction management during review meetings.

Tools and Systems:

• Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, or project management software to generate reports.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing data management and reporting

About You :

We love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements :

• 1–2 years of experience in construction projects or data analysis (internships acceptable for VIE candidates).
• Familiarity with large-scale industrial projects (LNG, Oil & Gas, or infrastructure preferred).
• Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred) or Data Science.
