About The Role :
The database administrator will be in charge of:
• Liaise with Engineering tools and document database, Quality Control and Commissioning Engineers for Population and Build-up of data base to be used during the execution phase
• Responsible to control and maintain the issue of user rights throughout the project.
• Keep Up to date database with all latest engineering data.
• Prepare and build completion reports, Status index as directed by Completion and Handover Manager
• Support Completion and Handover Engineers for the Preparation of Construction, Pre-commissioning and commissioning dossier.
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of the Project Sub-System list.
• Liaise with the Handover manager to support the integrity of the Database.
• Supervise Database Operators and punch list entry clerks.
• Deliver training and support to all users.
About You :
Higher education, bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Fluency in English, fluency in additional languages is a plus (preferably Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, French).
• 5+ years in Completion Database management.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• The database administrator needs to be familiar with:
• Database management (Access, Excel, VBA etc).
• PowerBI (capability to create new reports).
• Easyplant Completion software knowledge is a plus.
