Job Overview:

We are hiring a Used Car Supervisor for a reputable automotive client in Qatar. The role requires prior experience managing used car operations and supervising teams, with a preference for candidates currently available in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the used car department.
• Manage the buying, pricing, and sales process for used cars.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
• Ensure all vehicles meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in used car sales and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of automotive market trends.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be locally available in Qatar.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
