· Fluent in Arabic and English language
· Salary: 10,000-12,000 QR

Job Description.
Ø Coordinating activities of internal and external events.
Ø Event management, pre, on-site and post event - responsible for full logistics.
Ø Discussing what the stakeholders wants.
Ø Agreeing budgets and timescales with the management and stakeholders.
Ø Booking venues, equipment and supplies.
Ø Preparing invitations and sending them out at appropriate time.
Ø Supervising contractors such as caterers.
Ø Publicizing the event.
Ø Defining company brand through events.
Ø Coordinating with the creative departments.
Ø Coming up with original ideas for events.
Ø Making sure that everything runs smoothly on the day.
Ø Ensuring that health, safety and insurance regulations are followed Skills.
Ø Exceptional attention to details.
Ø Proven project management skills.
Ø Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Ø Team player with strong people skills, problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills.
