DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning & Development:
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers. • Develop, implement, and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. • Organize and coordinate learning and development activities, including workshops, seminars, and elearning. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Employee Relations:
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues. • Address employee grievances and work to resolve conflicts along with people & Quality Officer. • Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture.
Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with Director of HR and senior management to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support them. • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction. • Develop and manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. • Conduct regular audits of HR practices and recommend improvements. • Manage risk by implementing effective HR & L&D practices and policies.
