Could you be the full-time onsite Track Warranty Engineer in Doha,Qatar we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive trackwork and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll serve as a pivotal technical interface with customers, supporting the Trackwork Project Engineering Manager. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including design, procurement, and project management), managing the design team, ensuring technical compliance of track designs, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
Leading the technical dialogue and acting as a liaison with customers to ensure our engineering solutions meet their needs,
Overseeing and guiding the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment,
Diligent checking of designs from sub-contractors, suppliers, and in-house to ensure technical compliance with the highest standards,
Thorough review and approval of design deliverables, addressing comments with clarity and efficiency,
Active participation in Design Reviews, contributing valuable insights and expertise,
Meticulous preparation and follow-up of all correspondences related to Track design activities, ensuring clear and effective communication,
Defining technical criteria for components and conducting technical evaluations of suppliers to uphold our quality standards,
Crafting and reviewing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure accurate and cost-effective project planning,
Mediating architecture decisions among subsystems to achieve the optimal compromise for the track design,
Accountability for the resolution of technical issues during track installation, ensuring alignment with project strategies and successful problem closure

Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree will be a plus),
Experience or understanding of civil and mechanical works with a minimum of 10 years design experience in railway,
Knowledge of trackwork design with at least 5 years of specific experience in railway,
Geotechnical and structural calculation skills, as well as track alignment knowledge, will be advantageous,
