Skills

  • Experience :At least 3 years experience , previous sales experience (preferably in mobile phones, technology, or consumer electronics) is highly desirable. Experience in customer service or retail roles can be helpful.
  •  Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of mobile devices, operating systems (iOS, Android), and mobile accessories, knowledge of current market trends, mobile features, and pricing.
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems, software, and apps. Ability to explain the technical features of phones and accessories to customers in an understandable manner.
  • Strong Communication Skills & Negotiation Skills .
  • Have Multitasking and Organization Ability & Time Management Ability .
  • Good sales skills .
  • Good Adaptability and Learning Ability .
  • Proficient in English.
