• The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales through telephone interactions with potential and existing clients. Reporting to the Food Service Manager, your role involves promoting FMCG products, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets through effective tele sales strategies.
Outbound Calls:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the food service industry.
• Introduce FMCG products, promotions, and services to generate interest and sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide product information tailored to their needs.
Sales Targets:
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Food Service Manager.
• Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Product Knowledge:
• Develop a deep understanding of FMCG products, features, and applications in the food service sector.
• Provide expert advice to customers on product selection.
Order Processing:
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the logistics and delivery teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Market Intelligence:
• Gather information on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Provide feedback to the Food Service Manager to enhance sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details.
• Submit regular reports to the Food Service Manager.
Customer Service:
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide after-sales support.
• Ensure a positive customer experience to build long-term relationships.
Cross-Selling and Upselling:
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional FMCG products.
• Encourage customers to explore new products and participate in promotions.
• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
• Demonstrate intention or proven experience of 1 - 3 years in a related industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FMCG products and the food service sector.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
