Position Summary:
Bureau Veritas Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Technician - Multi NDT to perform non-destructive testing (NDT) tasks using techniques such as ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and penetrant testing (PT). The ideal candidate will ensure all testing methods are conducted safely and effectively, adhering to approved procedures and industry standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform UT, MT, and PT tasks and duties safely and in compliance with relevant safety rules, regulations, and codes of practice. Check calibration of equipment personally after every 4 hours during the working period to ensure accuracy. Deliver services as per customer requirements, maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Ensure that testing methods are completed thoroughly and accurately according to approved procedures. Submit test results promptly to the Site Coordinator for preparation of test reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in non-destructive testing (NDT). PCN (Personnel Certification in Non-Destructive Testing) Level 2 certification.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and penetrant testing (PT). Strong understanding of industry safety rules and procedures. Attention to detail with a focus on accurate testing and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
