Provides technical and administrative support for several key processes including support in administering the CPA SharePoint Site and other tools relevant to CPA’s Business.
Maintain the existing CPA SharePoint site and shared folders in an efficient manner following document retention period guidelines. Serve as a focal point for reviews of A&P tools, systems, and processes.
Manage all user access permissions as required for each section of the site by liaising with the Superuser(s). Periodically review the site to ensure compliance to CCSI & Firewall policies according to the control calendar.
Frequently monitor content and clean-up the site to eliminate the duplicates, old content and increase storage space.
Restructure and re-design the site as necessary in coordination with the guidance of Portal administrators to ensure it is kept up to date.
Identify and solve data and information processing and handling problems; document findings to avoid future issues.
Assist members of the A&P team in the preparation and compilation of reports, statistics and presentations so they are prepared on a timely and accurate manner.
Initiate appropriate paperwork to advise customers, superiors and more junior staff.
Secondary school (12 years) formal education.
5 years of relevant experience.
Very good knowledge of standard computer software.
Knowledge of some financial and budgetary processes.
