About the role
As we embark on a group-wide cloud ERP Transformation project, we are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our Oracle Cloud ERP solution with a strong focus on integration using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and developing custom extensions using Oracle PaaS. This role is critical in ensuring that our Oracle Cloud applications are seamlessly integrated and extended to meet specific business needs.

Accountabilities
·Design ERP Cloud architecture that align with the overall IT strategic objectives, organization’s long-term business goals, ensuring that the solutions support current and future operational needs.
·Lead the design of integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring secure and efficient connections between Oracle Cloud ERP and other enterprise systems.
·Design and develop custom extensions for Oracle Cloud ERP using Oracle PaaS, enabling enhanced functionality and tailored business processes.
·Implement and manage API gateways to secure and control access to APIs. Ensure compliance with security standards and protect data integrity across all integrations.
·Provide technical guidance in the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions and custom extensions, ensuring alignment with best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
·Lead the adoption of emerging technologies within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to drive innovation in ERP solutions.
·Develop strategies for optimizing ERP system performance and scalability, ensuring the infrastructure can support growth and evolving business requirements.
·Strategically manage cloud resources to optimize costs, balancing performance needs with budget constraints and driving cost efficiency in ERP deployments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
·Drive cloud migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition to OCI while maximizing the benefits of cloud-native ERP solutions.
·Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Oracle to influence product roadmaps, gain insights into future technologies, and ensure the organization’s ERP system leverages the latest advancements.
·Develop and deliver training programs to upskill the existing team to Cloud ERP and establish Centre of Excellence (CoE).
Continuously monitor ERP system performance using OCI’s monitoring tools, and implement optimizations to improve system efficiency, response times, and overall user experience.
·Perform regular system maintenance, including applying updates, patches, and hotfixes to the ERP environment, ensuring that the system remains secure and up to date with the latest features.
Developing comprehensive technical documentation for ERP configurations, customizations, integrations, and operational procedures, ensuring that all changes and updates are well-documented.
QualificationsAbout you
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
Overall 10-12 years of experience working with ERP systems.
At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions.
Experience in Cloud migration projects, particularly transitioning on-premises ERP systems to Oracle Cloud ERP.
Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with other enterprise systems.
Experience in customizing Oracle ERP modules to meet unique business needs, including developing extensions using Oracle’s PaaS offerings.
Professional Certifications in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Preferred:
Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments, integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with other Cloud platforms (Azure, Google, AWS) and on-premises systems.
Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse for advanced reporting, data visualization and business intelligence within Oracle Cloud ERP.
Experience in managing Change within cloud environments, including governance frameworks, change control process and ITIL best practices for service management.
Aviation industry experience.
