Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and technical staff to ensure cohesive project execution.
Oversee the integration of design concepts with technical requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and implement design strategies and methodologies to achieve project objectives while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex design and technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to establish project requirements and expectations.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of design solutions within budgetary constraints.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience is a plus
