Job Summary


Our client, a finance company, was established to become the leading micro-finance provider in Qatar. 
 

Job Description:
 



  • Responsible for screening, interviewing and selecting candidates from entry level till senior level ensuring the right fit for the position is hired
 
  • Carry out all administrative arrangements for the candidates attending the interview process.
 
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate lists of jobs, vacancies, and business hiring plans within the organization to identify staffing needs
 
  • Obtain references and carry out required pre-employment checks to ensure that information given is verified
 
  • Maintain updated candidate database including all received and relevant resumes and applications via different recruitment sources
 
  • Maintain updated job descriptions verifying information with the hiring manager to ensure that job descriptions are accurate and up to date.
 
  • Responsible for the internal transfer procedures from announcing the vacancy until the transfer of the employee
 
  • Conduct exit interview for resigned employees and provide interview feedback with the resignation reasons

 

Job Requirements:

 



  • * ⁠Solid proven experience in white and blue collar positions 

    * Familiar with Recruiting channels, tools and systems like:
    Linkedin, Wuzzuf, Forasna, ERP, recruitment trackers, etc.
    * Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
    * Excellent document development through MS
    Office
    * Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities
