Job Description
We are looking for a SURF Offshore HSE Supervisor for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Doha, Qatar - Offshore
Mob date: JUL-2025
Demob date: NOV-2026
Work status: Rotational 28 days ON / 28 days OFF
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Large experience on similar activities at equivalent position (minimum number of verifiable 15 years)
- Familiar with offshore construction and commissioning activities
- Fluent in English
- Offshore SIMOPS experience
- NEBOSH or equivalent
OPITO Certifications
- H2S, T-BOSIET & AGT
- OERTM & OERTL.

Activities
- Promoting HSE policies & practices, culture, and objectives for the project as the CPY HSE reference and focal point on the fabrication yard.
- Verifying implementation and adhesion of Contractor with the requirements of the CONTRACT Exhibit L.
- HSE supervision of fabrication activities at Sites.
- Being “visible at Site” and “walking the talk” with HSE as a priority.
- Timely Intervention where HSE deficiencies are identified and report.
- Conduct Project HSE meetings, training, audits, and inspection.
- Work closely with the rest of the project team at the assigned location to promote the realization of the EPCI09 HSE objectives & overall MP HSE objectives.
- Highlight and alert his HSE Superintendent & CSR about identified CONTRACTOR’ deviation from HSE objectives & CPY set HSE standards/expectation.
- Job holder shall be assigned be primarily assigned offshore, with possible mission onshore base on operational requirement.
