Job Description

Job Title: Student Advisor 

Location: AFG College with the University of Aberdeen – Doha, Qatar 

Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week 

Department: Student Services

Role Overview: 

As a Student Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for students, providing them with essential guidance, support, and resources. Your role is key in ensuring a high-quality student experience, aligning with College policies and sector best practices.


Key Responsibilities: 


- Provide accurate and timely advice to students and staff 

- Assist students with access to resources, referrals, and self-help tools 

- Manage student timetables, room bookings, registration, and graduation processes 

- Support and contribute to the development of the Student Hub 

- Maintain records of student interactions and provide reports as required
