BIM Modeling: Create, update, and manage accurate 3D models for structural elements (foundations, beams, columns, slabs, steel structures, etc.) using Revit.
Coordination: Work closely with structural engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that structural models integrate smoothly with other building systems (MEP, architecture, etc.).
Model Coordination & Clash Detection: Participate in regular coordination meetings to ensure the models are clash-free and compliant with design intent. Use tools like Navisworks to detect and resolve potential conflicts between structural, architectural, and MEP systems.
Technical Documentation: Generate and update detailed 2D drawings, construction details, and schedules directly from the BIM model, ensuring they comply with project specifications and relevant standards.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency across all BIM models and ensure adherence to design codes, industry standards, and project requirements.
Revit Family Creation: Create and modify custom Revit families for structural comIponents to ensure proper modeling and coordination.
Model Revisions: Update and manage BIM models based on design changes or client feedback. Ensure that all revisions are properly documented and communicated to the project team.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other disciplines to ensure effective project execution. Communicate design changes and updates in a timely and clear manner.
Documentation Management: Maintain and organize project files and documentation, ensuring that all project information is current and accessible for the team.
