JOB DESCRIPTION
The Storekeeper shall be responsible in:
·Ensures that adequate safety precautions are taken before performing any job.
·Maintain Stock inventory in line with the systems and procedures of the company.
·Maintain Store records, issue stock items and maintain stock re-order levels.
·Prepare GRN - Issue IN /Issue Out as per requisitions.
·Process purchase requisition as and when required.
·Follow all safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions to the HSE Manager immediately.
·Make sure that all expendables, materials and supplies are not wasted.
·Prepare stock inventory report quarterly.
·Assist the Store Keeper/Material Coordinator in assuring that expendables, materials and supplies are not wasted.
·Prepare stock inventory report quarterly.
·Supervise the use of all expenditures, materials and supplies to insure that waste does not occur, and these materials and supplies are kept in a secure place and locked.
·Maintain a good and healthy relations among all superiors, colleagues, and subordinates.
