Ability to effectively lead and supervise a team of stewarding staff, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in kitchen operations, including proper cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and food safety regulations.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen areas.
Effective communication skills to interact with stewarding staff, kitchen personnel, and other departments, conveying instructions, providing feedback, and resolving issues.
Capacity to identify issues or challenges in stewarding operations, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Experience
Minimum 3 year(s) working experience, 2 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
