  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the cleaning team, ensuring they are focused on cleaning-related tasks.
  • Coordinate and delegate cleaning responsibilities and oversees overall performance of the site team and sub-contracted services.
  • Coordinate and manage cleaning shifts, personnel schedules, and service delivery.
  • Guarantee adherence to cleaning standards in accordance with industry best practices.
  • Professionally handle the scope and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance the company's positive image and reputation.
  • Conduct fundamental cleaning training for staff, providing knowledge on standard machinery.
  • Conduct daily briefings before work commencement, covering essential work details for the staff.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
  • Record staff attendance, maintain daily attendance records, and implement an effective documentation structure and key work processes for the contract. Communicate regularly with the client for daily reporting.
  • Execute toolbox talks in line with the plan issued by the Manager, ensuring staff attendance and comprehension.
  • Support the implementation of the computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system in the contract to enhance reporting efficiency and administrative effectiveness. Provide advice to the team and CAFM departments on schedule changes and suggest improvements.
  • Competently work with any CAFM system for updating and closing work orders.
  • Interact confidently with clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Organize cleaning schedules and efficiently allocate resources.
  • Report cleaning-related tasks and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) incidents.
  • Define cleaning task requirements and provide support for cleaning surveys and estimations as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits of fixed assets and monitor the use of cleaning chemicals and other cleaning consumables or hygiene products
  • Perform random audits and quality control checks for entire site operation
  • Prepare material requests for ordering from main stores or procurement, preventing any shortfall of standard consumables and materials on-site.
  • Assist the Manager in establishing a clear, transparent real-time reporting scheme for the contract on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Generate completion reports and monitor consumption of resources.
  • Ensure all tasks are managed within the set budget and meet client satisfaction.
  • Reinstatement of site storage facilities in line with BICSc standards.
  • Able to work on remote locations and multiple sites.
  • Controls and review all sub-contracted services on site and conduct quality audits
  • Contract retention 100%.
  • Internal Work Relationships within Group:
  • Compliance with all HSE regulations and BICSc
  • External Work Relationship within Group:
  • Subcontractors: execution of assignment, site progress, Daily Progress reports, interaction with client.
  • Close coordination with the entire cleaning team on ground.
