Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
  • Conduct regular visits to system integrators, panel builders, and other key clients to foster strong business relationships.
  • Identify client needs, propose customized solutions, and offer technical support as required.
  • Manage RFQ processes by liaising with internal teams to determine pricing and ensuring timely quotation submissions.
Sales and Coordination:
  • Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Track submitted quotations, follow up with clients, and drive conversion into purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Inventory and Stock Management:
  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure a consistent supply of key products.
  • Perform regular inventory audits to track stock status and determine replenishment needs.
  • Streamline inventory management to balance cost efficiency with product availability.
Procurement and Logistics:
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality electrical products at competitive prices.
  • Manage logistics to ensure efficient transportation and timely delivery of goods to clients.
  • Address and resolve supply chain challenges or delays proactively.
Market and Product Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and products in the electrical engineering industry.
  • Identify and recommend new products that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences, market dynamics, and growth opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate documentation for RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
  • Keep detailed records of transactions, inventory levels, and client communications.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies in procurement and supply chain management.
