Responsible for monitoring and processing of grocery orders, including the coordination of the deliveries with the Logistics riders and initiating a refund for any returns of purchased goods.

● Accurately select groceries ordered online by customers, ensuring the highest quality products
● Recommend substitute products for customers if the ordered item is unavailable
● Select, scan, and pack products carefully and coordinate the delivery with the rider.
● Monitor fail rate and attend customer complaints
● Process refund requests
● Coordinate all the operations issue to the Team Lead vendor promptly
● Ensure on time completion of orders
