About the job Sr. Manager/Manager (Rotary Equipment Head - Pump)
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Must have minimum of 15 to 20 years of relevant work experience in Pump Industry / PUMP OEM / Oil & Gas Industry.
Qatar Experience is must with Qatar Driving License.
Managerial experience with company in EPIC, Sales - Oil & Gas, Shutdown / Building Construction and Manpower Supply.
Responsible to generate & grow new pump business opportunities, grow after-market business opportunities, plan & successfully execute appropriate business initiatives in collaboration with respective principals, resulting in incremental business growth annually.
Handling all Outdoor sales engineering related work for our reputed agencies in OIL & Gas Upstream, Midstream and downstream related to mainly in PUMPS API 610 Centrifugal pumps & API 617 compressors(API, ASME, ISO).
Target to achieve pump & Spare sales, closely work with OEM , collaborate on technical grounds-solutions from OEM to expand business in Oil & Gas and chemical Industry.
Good knowledge of the industry, applications experience and connections with End users and EPC Contractors, Process packagers in Qatar. Commercial negotiation knowledge essential.
To Drive Rotary vertical business, adding more OEM/Principal to this agency business for growth
Mandatory to meet maximum customer face time to build strong business relations and grow business. Develop SMART objectives and cover all stake holders at customer side (HQ, Plant sites, Engineering. Consultants, EPCs).
Generate & qualify enquiries, for processing and approving quotes, follow up on quotations to close orders successfully, participating in tender submissions before bid closing date and follow through for conclusion.
Reviewing and approving quotes, follow up on quotations, participating in tender submissions before bid closing date.
Preparing & reviewing PO and order processing thru SAP once order confirmation is received from customer.
Follow up on ready orders, coordinating in logistics, shipment etc, activities.
Negotiation with any sub suppliers or vendors related to any project/ product sales.
Report preparation for all the Principals for monthly sales, invoicing, submit booking forecast sales reports as required by management.
Track and follow all Green field and Brown field projects in Qatar, monitor EPC project awards and work closely with EPIC contractors in Qatar Market and as collaborate with OEM for international EPC awards.
Be a Team player, possess good product presentation skills (power point) and shall be a solution provider.
Adding new agencies under new registrations from End users, regularly updating AVL/PVL.
Good presentation and Negotiation skills
Catalogue preparation, Digital Marketing awareness.
