Job Description

Position Summary

The position manages and supports population health research projects and activities including but not limited to study design, data collection, analyses, reporting output, and coordinating the project life cycle as required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participates in various aspects of population health research from inception to delivery and ensures project timelines and deliverables.
  • Supports recruitment, training, and orientation to research and other sites as required.
  • Regularly meets with stakeholders, including research constituents, collaborators, and research project study teams, to collect and communicate project requirements and escalate any issues.
  • Liaises within WCMC-Q and with Hamad Medical Corporation, Ministry of Public Health, Primary Health Care Centers in Qatar, IRB (Institutional Review Board) and other stakeholders as necessary.
  • Conducts and coordinates population health research based on appropriate methodology and research plans.
  • Analyzes and interprets research data.
  • Authors research reports, academic publications, social media content, newsletters etc. as directed.
  • Supports and/or facilitates IPH and medical education programs as directed by IPH leadership.
  • Provides guidance to students and team members as required.
  • Performs other duties as required.
